I am so grateful for the care and attention they put into making sure everything was done right. Mitch went above and beyond to finish up my project and was  extremely patient waiting for my insurance final payment. He not only took care of everything to finalize our  project,  he also helped with things that weren’t even part of the job—simply because he saw that we were older and wanted to help. Got ahold of Brayden at Dt Roofing. He is kind, courteous and knowledgeable.  He walked me thru the process, explaining each step. Their team worked with the insurance people and got all the correct follow up paperwork filed and completed. The work is quality work. Nothing shoddy about it. No corners cut. Even my energy bill is down. I would suggest anyone looking for competent and quality work to be done to give these guys a chance. And hopefully you'll be lucky enough to get Brayden. The first bid came in at $40,000 because the company wanted to replace the whole roof. The second bid came in at $8000 because the company said the whole roof didn’t need replacing, but there was a lot of work that needed to be done.  The third bid came in from D T Roofing.  Daniel Pearson came and, after making the same evaluation about the leak areas that the other two companies had made, suggested that, since the roof was less than five years old, we only repair those areas that really needed it.  His bid. came in at less than $1500.  The repairs took less than a week to be scheduled and completed, the work was exemplary , and the repairs were guaranteed for a full year The entire process was explained to us in great detail with pictures by Daniel, whose follow up visit was to make sure that we were happy with the work .To say we were happy was an understatement.  If you need roof repair work done, by all means take bids, but make sure one of them is with D T Roofing.  You’ll be more than satisfied.  Their honesty, integrity and workmanship are fantastic.  They don’t try to sell you more than you need and don’t charge an arm and a leg for doing it.
